INTRODUCTION

Each and every people loves to eat the Philippine Food and for them
food is their best friend. Who does not love Filipino food? From stable
breakfast food to odd yet interestingly and delicious tasty street food, one
will surely be captivated by amazing treats Philippines has to offer.

In this day by finding a good food of Philippines is really hard to find,


because basic needs such as food are becoming more expensive. Our
products provide the cheapest products you could find in any market,
because it has less fat while lumpiang tongge that sold in the cities used
pork which gotten expensive recently, while products will be utilizing
vegetables and less pork as filling. We will make our products different by
improving its taste.

MISSION

Our mission is not only to sell but to make a affordable and delicious Crispy
Lumpiang Tongge that is very healthy for the costumers to eat.

VISION

Just to earn more money and to become a good sellers of our products of
Lumpiang Tongge.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to become a reach the satisfaction of our costumer’s


expectations that concerning of our products and our services.

BUSSINES NAME

We decide that the company business name will be “SML “means Sobrang
Mura Lang.
We choose this company name because this is the popular word now.
CHAPER II: COMPANY DESCRIPTION

PROPOSED LOCATION

Our location was part of the Study Shade is very spacious with this we
decided to use some space or part of the Study Shade to our location for
our proposed business plan.

The location we’ve chose is in the Study Shade as the western side. It is
located at CNHS campus at Canarvacanan Alcala Pangasinan.
CHAPTER III: PRODUCTS AND SEVICES

We will serve our customers a crispy and delicious lumpiang shanghai as


our own product.

PROMOTIONS

To enhance market awareness we will distributes flyers and posting


our commercial videos in YouTube or any social media, in order to catch
the attention of our costumer. We approach prospect costumers and
persuade them until they decide to purchase our products. This strategy is
very effective because our store is not yet known to the market and to
assure the market acceptance of this.

BENEFITS

The ingredient for the lumpiang shanghai is different too many


people but it is usually including the following: garlic, onions, pepper, salt,
magic sarap, carrots, ground pork. All ingredients are basically cut in small
of pieces and that is mixed together. The health that give a benefits from
our lumpiang shanghai that also differ it depending on the ingredients’ that
we used. For the one time it is mainly the meat, the food is definitely rich
in vitamins. Such as protein, vitamin A vitamin C vitamin V1 , fibber.

 For the information and guidance of all concerned, the Department of
Education (DepEd) issues to enclosed Policy and Guidelines on Healthy Food
and Beverages Choices in Schools and in DepEd Offices for the promo and
DepEd development of healthy eating habits among youth and DepEd
employees by making available healthy, nutritious, and affordable menu
choices and for setting food standards.

In answer to the growing concern, the Food and Nutrition Research Institutions
(FNRI) developed a new food guide to promote healthy eating habits among Filipinos.

Pinggang Pinoy, literally translated as Filipino Plate, is a visual representation of


what a person should consume on a per meal basis. It is a plate-based food guide that
features the right proportion of food that conations’ the right nutrients needed by the
body of an average Filipino.

In addition, the order classified the canteen-cooked food, common Filipino


snacks. That the Food and drinks that should always be available in canteen. The
DepEd described the following examples as “the best choices for a healthy school
canteen.”

Our target markets are the students, teachers, and staffs of


Canaarvacanan National High School. All of them are searching for a
healthy food and delicious product that they can afford.

the market. An increase the number of competition means that you have to
step up your game. The rapid hiring of a new employee usually means the
development of new products or features. If you got a stuck at only with
one or two brands, you might miss a lot of opportunities. It is your job to
benefit from the market that full of competitors. Competition will help you
reap the benefits of the market.

Since our product is for everyone we will make it to the point that
everyone will afford it. We will consider the budget of the students and the
quality of our products and the expenses we made. It is very important for
us to earn profit.

As we go along with our business we considered our business


weaknesses and strengthen that will satisfy the taste of our customers as
they can purchases our products as many as they wanted. And to make
our product more popular and to keep its existence, we will offer more
variety of product to our customers, especially to those who loyal ones. So
through this outcome we plan and to give another twist of our “SML” in
order for our customers to taste another products that is even more
delicious and healthy food.
