LiveYes Users’ Manual

1、Please download the LiveYes app on your mobile phone.


You can go to App store and Google play to search and download LiveYes app, or go to website
http://www.liveyes.cn, or scan the QR code on the box.

2、Please register new account after running LiveYes.


You need input your email address and password to create a new account (As shown in pictures). Then
the system will sign in automatically, or login with your QQ and wechat account.

3、Please add IPC in LiveYes


1）Please put IPC and mobile phone near WIFI router, make sure WIFI signal is strong.
(Note: not support 5G WiFi，It does not support WiFi signals from mobile phones and does not support
WiFi signals from computer wireless CARDS). Power on IPC and wait for 30seconds until hear
“di-di-di” with the interval of 10 seconds.
Tip: If you didn’t hear the the “di-di-di” sound., please use pin to reset the camera about 3 seconds
until hear a sound “deng”, reboot camera need about 30 seconds, after reboot you will hear the
“di-di-di” sound.

2）Run “Liveyes” APP, click “+” in the right upper corner of the device list.

3）To add the first IPC, please click “Smart Add”,

and follow the voice instructions: click the next step->input the WIFI password->click the send
Broadcast and sound waves.
Note:
1) Wi-Fi router name and password must be more than 4 characters.
2) make your cell phone louder and close to the camera
3) Please be in a quiet environment with a higher success rate。

4）About 20 seconds the device give “deng” sound, jump out of the following interface
Tip: If you haven't jumped out of the interface, please follow the file for the FAQ 1 operation.

5）Then input the device password (Default Password:123), click save.

6）Click the play ，and prompt“password too weak，please choose a stronger password”

Click OK,and then jump out of the following interface

7）Enter the new password twice, click sumit to save, and then click play
Tip：The new password must be a combination of letters and Numbers.

4、FAQ 1-----If after clicking the send Broadcast and sound waves has not been

out of the interface, the camera will not be "di-di-di" anymore

1）please return to the interface of adding camera, select "Lan Add".

Click search camera

2）If you can't search the camera, press the reset button to start again,then follow this article to
start the operation.If the camera is searched, the following figure is shown

3）【Required】input the device password (Default Password:123), repeat above (5) - (8) step
operation.

If the above is not solve the problem,please try to connect the camera with the cable.
