Video Card - is a component of a computer which is designed to convert logical representation of an image stored in a memory to a
signal that can be used as input for a display medium, most often a monitor utilizing a variety of display standards.

Scanner - is a device which analyses a physical image or object and converts it to a digital image.

Printer - is a computer peripheral device that produces a hard copy from data stored in a computer connected to it.

Keyboard - is used for entering commands and data into the system.

Mouse - is a handheld pointing device for computers, involving a small object fitted with one or more buttons and shaped to sit
naturally under the hand.

Monitor - is a computer peripheral device capable of showing still or moving images generated by a computer and processed by a
graphics card.

Power Supply - basic function is to convert the type of electrical power available at the wall socket to the type the computer circuitry

Hard Disk - is a rigid magnetic disk fixed permanently within a drive unit and used for storing computer data.

Central processing unit or microprocessor - is the main brain or engine of a computer, it performs the system’s calculating and
processing.

Random Access Memory - is a type of computer storage whose contents can be accessed in any order.

Motherboard or system board - is the main circuit of a computer and it contains the connectors for attaching additional boards.

Microcomputer - The example of this computer are desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones, it is designed for general usage such
as entertainment, education and work purposes.

Minicomputer - is also known as midrange computer, it is smaller than supercomputer or mainframe computer but more powerful
than microcomputer.

Mainframe Computer - is not as powerful as the supercomputer. It is designed to run multiple programs concurrently.

Super Computer - is the fastest and most powerful computer in terms of performance and data processing.
