Note that the offer is provisional and subject to the following conditions.

1. You pay Rs 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) as the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF). If you fail to pay the SAF
before the offer expires (as shown above), your offer will automatically be cancelled. This SAF will be adjusted
against the admission fee to be paid at the time of joining IISER Thiruvananthapuram.

2. A cancellation fee of Rs 1000/- is admissible if withdrawal is not exercised by the candidates who do not join.

3. You should meet all the eligibility requirements and produce required certificates in original as given on the next
pages at the time of joining. This offer of admission would stand cancelled in the event of your non-fulfillment of
any of the eligibility requirements as mentioned in https://www.iiseradmission.in.

4. If this is a revised offer letter after payment of SAF in the previous rounds, ignore item 1. Your SAF will be adjusted
against the fees to be paid at the IISER now allotted to you.

Joining IISER Thiruvananthapuram: To join IISER Thiruvananthapuram, you have to be present, in person, at IISER
Thiruvananthapuram on July 29th, 2019 (Monday) . You will need to pay the difference between the SAF and the
admission fee of IISER Thiruvananthapuram at the time of joining.

The admission fee cum first semester fee for IISER Thiruvananthapuram is tabulated below.
Fee for GEN, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories Rs. 50,885/-
Fee for SC and ST categories Rs. 17,485/-
The above admission fees are provisional and subject to the amendment by the Ministry of Human Resource
Development (MHRD).

You must produce the following documents at the time of joining IISER Thiruvananthapuram.
1. Copy of this offer letter.
2. Printed admission form having your and your guardian’s signature. The admission form is included in this offer
letter.
3. Declaration form (if applicable). Download from https://www.iiseradmission.in/forms.
4. Original Medical Examination Report. The format is available at https://www.iiseradmission.in/forms.
5. SC/ ST/ OBC- NCL/ PwD/ KM/ EWS certificates as applicable. Non- creamy layer OBC certificate valid for current
financial year 2019–2020 (Certificate issue-date for OBC-NCL has to be on or after April 1, 2019). Download the

6. Original JEE-Advanced score card/ KVPY award letter/ SCB hall ticket (as the case may be), and a self-attested
photocopy of the same.
7. Original and self-attested copies of mark-sheets and certificates of all examinations starting from 10th standard.
8. Proof of photo ID [Any ONE of the following: Driving License, Aadhar Card, College/ School ID card, Passport,
Voter ID Card, X/XII Admit Card/Certificate with Photo and PAN Card] and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
9. Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (if available and not provided in 8, above).
10. Original Proof of date of birth and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
11. Eight recent colored passport size photographs.
12. Duly filled and signed Anti-Ragging Undertaking form the following link:

13. Original transfer/transfer-cum-migration certificate.
14. Proof of admission fee payment.

All originals should be with the candidate at the time of admission for verification purpose. The desired originals,
which are supposed to be returned, will be given back to the candidate after verification.

It should be noted that suppression or distortion of any fact, identity, category, educational qualification,
nationality etc. made in your application form will result in the cancellation of the admission or the degree
acquired at a later stage.

IISERs are fully residential institution. All students admitted to IISER Thiruvananthapuram are required to stay at
