Why do we want to help them?

We want to help the National Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. Because
this foundation provides assistance to women with low-income. The NWTF needs our
support because through different kinds of donation, we can contribute in helping
women develop their skills in which they can use to generate extra income for the
family or a capital for their desired business. We want NWTF’s projects to cater more
individuals can be of service to those who are in need of financial assistance. This

What steps will we take?

1. Define cause
2. Set a fundraising goal
3. Create foundation event's budget
4. Pinpoint a target audience
5. Find a venue
6. Build an event committee
7. Create an event promotion strategy
8. Establish a theme for the event
9. Decide how to accept donations
10. Lean on a greater community

When will we take each step?

- we can take each step after one another, because event planning comes with a lot of
work, and leaving the assignment to only 2-3 people can become troublesome for
staff, volunteers and the organization. Working together helps clarify what work needs
to be done and who needs to accomplish it. While shortening the amount of time
needed.

Who is responsible for each task on the list?

- the fundraising manager. He or she is responsible for overseeing all the fundraising
functions, including managing the budget, managing staff or volunteers, organizing
events, developing donors, etc.

Are there any tasks that can be done at the same time?
- there is no task that can be done at the same time. Because doing more than one task
at a time, especially more than one complex task, takes a toll on productivity.

Are there any tasks for which we will need adult help or supervision?
- yes, supervision has a key role to play in preventing problems. Typical supervisory
functions include planning and allocating work, making decisions, and ensuring
workforce involvement.
What other questions do we need to answer before you can implement your plan?
- the mission and vision statement and the SMART Goals
