1. Blender Mixer
Blender mixer is standard set up by us as one ton volume. Five hundred
kg dry powder or three hundred kg wet powder can blend in a single batch for proper mixing which is very important before granulation starts. The size of blender will be 3.75*13Ft which is power by 10 HP gear motor. Fabrication will be of ms material of 5 mm thick sheet with 1.5 mm thick sheet of stainless steel coat inside the blender.
2. Granulation Machine
Granulation machine is frame in mild steel & contact parts of the
machine will be of stainless steel which will powered by 15 HP motor supported with two different gear boxes which are designs to give yield up to 2 metric ton per hour. The output will depends on base material molecular weight & properties of base material. The yield may very form material to material. The size will be 6*4*6 FT with weight approx 1100-1200 kg
2. Bucket Elevator
In our process of manufacturing of granulation need continues material
to be feed to granulation machine. We have set up a bucket elevator which will continuously feed the material which is provided granulation machines output & will be 15 ft height powered by 3 HP Electric motor.
3. Conveyer
The conveyer will carry the granulation machines granules to dryer
section. The length of conveyer will be 20 ft long & powered by 2 HP electric motor & gear box.
5. Dryer Room
Dryer room is constructed at site itself with fire brick’s & ash tray with size of 6*6 foot room inside provided blower & air pipe connection’s to generate heat to dry the granules which will fitted with air controller & heat as well. It requires 3 HP electric load . The fuel used will be wood fire.
4. Drum Roller
The function of drum roller is to occupy the granulation & dry the granulation as well. The drum roller will be 20 Ft in length & 760 mm in diameter with lifter inside & will fun by 3 HP gear motor. The thickness of drum will be 6 mm ms material.
7. Electric Control panel
We provide Electric Control Panel with machines to run all machines
properly supported with all electrical equipments fitted inside. All electrical motors will be of Crompton greaves. And different gear box with one year warranty.
Payments:
5. 30% Advance at the time of confirmation.
6. 50% after 15 days as work progress. 7. 15 % payment after completion of work at factory at the time of dispatch 8. 5 % after successful commissioning of plant and trail for 1 week.
In Your scope of work :-
1. We will Provide control panel and all electrical motor and gear box with machine. 2. Above price Excluding GST.(at present 18%) 3. Transport charges will be born by you. 4. Local Civil Works you will provide us. ( Approx expected cost is Rs. 25 Lakh.) 5. Time require for completion will be 30 to 40 days from date of confirmation with payments schedule 6. Machine unloading and placement 7. Accommodation during work to our team 8. Power connection along with one distribution panel
