DIFFICULT FOR GRADE II STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND .IT IS TOUGH FOR
THEM.EVEN PARENTS ALSO TALK TO ME REGARDING THESE TYPES OF
SUMS.

2) MEASUREMENT CHAPTER IS NOT UP TO THE MARK, THERE SHOULD BE


ADDITION, SUBTRACTION AND EASY CONVERSION SUMS IN THE CHAPTER.
SO THAT STUDENTS CAN EASILY UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF CAPACITY,
LENGTH & WEIGHT.

3) DIVISION CHAPTER IN GRADE II IS FULLY BASED ON PICTORIAL


REPRESENTATION.HOW CHILDREN WILL KNOW THE PATTERN OF
DIVIDE.SOME QUESTION OR EXCERCISES MUST BE INCLUDED IN DIVISION
CHAPTER.

1) BOOKS IS VERY HEAVY IN WEIGHT.

2) IN CLASS III NOT SATISFIED WITH THE MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION


CHAPTER.MULTIPLICATION OF 2-DIGIT NUMBER BY 2-DIGIT NUMBER MUST BE
INCLUDED IN THE CHAPTER.

3) IN DIVISION CHAPTER FILL IN THE BLANKS MUST BE INCLUDED.

4) CHAPTER ‘FRACTION’ THE STANDARD IS NOT UPTO THE MARK.ATLEAST SIMPLE


ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION OF FRACTIONAL NUMBERS AND GREATER THAN
LESS THAN SUMS SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

5) LAB ACTIVITY IN SOME CHAPTERS IS NOT UPTO THE MARK.

IN ONE CHAPTER.

6)WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DECIMAL CHAPTER BECAUSE QUESTIONS
RELATED TO MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION OF DECIMAL NUMBERS ARE NOT
THERE IN THE PRESENT CHAPTER.FOR GRADE V STUDENTS IT SHOULD BE
NECESSARY TO KNOW ABOUT DECIMAL DIGIT MULTIPLICATION AND DIVISION.

7) IN GEOMETRY CHAPTER CONSTRUCTION OF ANGLE, TRIANGLE AND SQUARE


USING COMPASS SHOULD BE INCLUDED .PREVIOUSLY THESE KIND OF SUMS
WERE THERE IN PRACHI PUBLICATIONS BOOK.WHEN STUDENTS UPGRADE IN
CLASS VI IT BECOME DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO UNDERSTAND THESE KIND OF
SUMS AND THAN THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE COMPASS .SO SOME
EASY QUESTIONS RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

8) METRIC MEASUREMENTS CHAPTER IS TOO MUCH LENGTHY.


POSITIVE POINTS
I) CONTENT AND SUMS ARE VERY EASY.

2) LANGUAGE OF WORD PROBLEMS IS VERY EASY AACORDING TO THE LEVEL OF


STUDENTS.

3) TERMINOLOGY OF BOOK IS EASILY UNDERSTANDABLE BY THE STUDENTS.

4) NUMBER OF CHAPTERS ARE ENOUGH.


GENERAL PROBLEMS:

1) IN ANSWER KEY SOME ANSWERS ARE WRONG .IN CLASS III CH2 MENTAL
MATHS Q2 (H) SUM IS WRONG.
2) KINDLY INCLUDE TABLES 2 TO 2OAFTER THE INTRODUCTORY PART OF A
BOOK OR BEFORE STARTING OF CHAPTER 1.SO THAT STUDENT CAN EASILY
LEARN THE TABLE FROM THE BOOK.PRESENTLY IN SOME BOOKS TABLES
ARE IN THE FORM OF FILL IN THE BLANKS.

UNIT TEST AND TERMI & II EXAM

IIIUNIT TEST SHOULD BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 15 DECEMBER TO 20 DECEMBER.

REGARDING MID TERM EXAM AND TERMII: THE ABSENTEES SHOULD BE MARKED
(MEDICAL LEAVE/TOURNAMENT) IN THEIR REPORT CARD INSTEAD OF TAKING
THEIR EXAM LATER.ONLY ORAL EXAMS,DRAWING & DICTATION MENTAL MATHS
EXAM CAN BE CONSIDERED
DIARY
1)AT THE TOP ‘DATE’ SHOULD BE MENTIONED AND ON EVERY PAGE ALL THE SUBJECT NAMES
SHOULD BE PRINTED ON THE LEFT HAD SIDE OF PAGE AFTER LEAVING 2LINES FOR EACH
SUBJECT.IT WILL BECOME EASY FOR THE STUDENTS TO WRITE THEIR HOMEWORK
PROPERLY.BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY WRITE THE HOMEWORK BUT FORGET TO WRITE THE
SUBJECT NAME.

2) WRITTEN WORK/LEARNING WORK FORMAT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PAGE OF


DIARY.INSTEAD OF THESE ABOVE MENTIONED IDEA SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED.

3)KINDLY PRINT UNIT TEST AND TERMI AND TERMII EXAM TIME TABLE OR ONLY UNIT TEST
TIME TABLE IN THE DIARY 2ND OR 3RD PAGE IN ADVANCE.SO THAT PARENTS WILL BE AWARE
ABOUT THE EXAMS AND PLAN THERE PROGRAMMES ACCORDINGLY AND PREPARE THEIR
WARDS FOR THE EXAM OR TEST.

4) LIST OF COMPULSORY HOLIDAYS SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE DIARY ALSO.EVERY TIME IT


IS NOT POSSIBL TO TURN THE PAGE OF CALENDAR.

5) LENGTH AND WIDTH OF THE DIARY MUST BE INCREASED AND GAP BETWEEN THE LINES
SHOULD BE INCREASED.

6) KINDLY MENTION IN DIARY PROPERLY THAT WHITE CANVAS SHOES IS ALLOWED ONLY.

7) FEES DETAIL PAGE SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN STUDENT DIARY,SO THAT PARENTS WILL FILL
THE FEES DETAILS AND TEACHERS CAN EASILY FILL THE DETAILS FROM THE STUDENT DIARY IN
HIS OR HER REGISTER.MANY TIMES STUDENTS FORGET TO BRING FEE CARD OR SOMETIMES
PARENTS ITSELF REFUSED TO GIVE FEES CARD TO THEIR WARD THAT THEY WILL LOSE.SO
TEACHERS WILL NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE REGIESTER DETAILS.

8 ONE COLOUMN OF CASTE CATEGORY(LIKE GENERAL,ST ,SC,OBC) AND ONE COLOUMN OF


STUDENT HOUSE (RANA,PANNA,HAKIM KHAN,MEERA)SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN ATTENDANCE
REGISTER IN STUDENTS DETAILS PAGE .
OVERALL REVIEW

1) BOOK IS BEST IF THE MENTIONED CHANGES ARE POSSIBLE.

2) PRACHI PUBLICATION WHICH WE WERE USING EARLIER WAS BETTER THAN


MATHS SPARK.BOOK WEIGHT WAS ALSO LESS AS COMPARED TO MATHS SPARK.
