    1 Academic certificates
    • Copy of Class 10th passing certificate
    • Copy of Class 12th passing certificate
    • Copy of Degree or Graduation certificate. If not received as yet, copy of mark sheets of all semesters available
    till then
    • Copy of Academic and Professional Qualification certificates

    2 Identity Proofs
    • Copy of Residence proof (any of Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Aadhar Card
    or Passport (Current and Permanent)
    • Copy of Identity Proof (any of Driving License, Passport, Voter Card or PAN Card)

    3 Previous employer records( only for experienced employees)


    • Copy of last three month pay slips with originals for verification, if applicable
    • Copy of relieving letter from previous employer/s, if applicable
    • Copy of experience letter from the previous employer/s, if applicable
    • Copy of appointment letter from previous employer/s, if applicable

    4 Copy of PAN Card and Adhaar Card, if not already provided as Identity proof
    5 Copy of Passport, if not already provided as Identity proof
    6 6 passport size photographs
    7 Copy of resume
    8 Full and final statement
