    ORDER:

    The Pay Grievance Redressal Cell constituted in the Government Order third
    read above to examine the representations received from the Employees
    Associations / Head of Departments / Individual employees including the aggrieved
    petitioners in Writ Petitions relating to anomalies in the revised pay structure of the
    respective posts has recommended for revision of the scale of pay for the post of
    Co-operative Sub-Registrar in Co-operation Department considering the revision
    granted to the promotional posts of Superintendents in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial
    Service. After careful examination, the Government has decided to implement the
    recommendations made by the Pay Grievance Redressal Cell in respect of
    Co-operation Department. Accordingly, Government direct that the scale of pay of
    the following post shall be revised as shown below:--
