Arduino Project #4 OBAVR

The document describes an Arduino obstacle avoiding robot project. The robot uses an Arduino board, ultrasonic sensors, servos, DC motors and wheels to move autonomously between locations without human control by sensing its surroundings and avoiding obstacles. While not yet applicable, the project aims to inspire future self-driving vehicles that can travel safely without human guidance. The robot is programmed to follow the nearest clear path using sensor feedback processed by the Arduino.

ARDUINO OBSTACLE AVOIDING ROBOT

(Theme: Future Transport)

Introduction : Arduino obstacle avoiding robot is basically made to inspire future

transport. This device can work without human interference and independent on its own.
It can travel long distance safely without human guidance. In the far future this
inspiration could make a vehicle travel on its own safe and sound.

Principle: The principle for this project is to make a robot that could move from one
place to another without the need of remote control human interference. i .e a self
manageable robot.

Application: The main application for this device is not yet applicable for now but, this
could be use in the future for self driving vehicle.

Materials used: Arduino uno, control board, ultrasonic sensor, servo, 4x DC motor, 4x
wheels, 2x battery.

Working: This device mainly work on arduino programming and the control board .
The program allows the robot to sense the surrounding area and to avoid them. The
robot would follow the nearest space available to it.
