Amity Law School, Amity University Chhattisgarh, affiliated to the Bar Council of India, is
one of the premier institutions of Central India with an objective of evolving and
disseminating comprehensive legal education based on research and innovation. It is focused
with a holistic approach towards interdisciplinary legal education and to promote ethical
values and foster the rule of law and to promote legal awareness in the society to achieve
political, social and economic justice. Learning Law here means Learning Justice.
Amity Law School offers B.A.LL.B (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) five-year integrated
courses and a one year LL.M. course. ALS through its internationally acclaimed syllabi
creates Legal Professionals of international competence who prove to be excellent litigation
specialists, corporate lawyers, judicial officers, arbitration and mediation experts etc.
The brilliant young minds are nurtured under the tutelage of a world-class faculty that
demands innovative thought and has been able to initiate an interdisciplinary approach to all
topics of study. The Faculty includes prominent scholars of Law, Economics, Philosophy,

The inclusive development of the legal minds is taken care of by the best and competitive
syllabi which include Research Projects, Court Room Exercises and practical learning
through Real-Life Projects. As an integral part of academics the Amity Law School has
organized National Conferences and Workshops on a range of contemporary legal issues. The
National Moot Court Competition is yet another step in the same direction.
Moot Court Committee, Amity Law School, Amity University Chhattisgarh invites the law
students across the Nation for the National Moot Court Competition which shall be judged
and presided over by the Hon’ble Justices and renowned Advocates. The Moot Proposition
for this competition involves contemporary issues which are premised over various laws
including constitution and penal laws.
Eligibility
The competition is open only for bona-fide students of recognized Institutions/ Universities/
Organizations who are currently pursuing their Bachelors’ Degree in Law i.e. 3-Year LLB or
5-Years LLB Integrated Programme.
Team Composition
1. Each team shall consist of a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 members. This number
cannot be modified under any circumstances.

Last date for submission of Memorials (soft copy): 8th November 2019
Last date for submission of Registration form and payment of fees: 5th November 2019
The Registration Fee is INR 6000 for teams. Teams must make the payment of such amount
online.
