Process Flow

Functions:
1. Trimmer A – segregates crown of pineapple.
2. Trimmer B – Guillotine operator.
3. Trimmer Y – trims pineapple and the one who pours juice to juice material.
4. Trimmer Z – control the switches of the line (Ginaca, conveyor belt, and slicer).
5. Trimmers – trims the pineapple.
6. Stripper – strips the over-trimmed and remove the blemishes.
7. Tidbits Collector – the one who chooses the Choice and Fancy.
8. Gridder – grids the fine pineapples so that it will be faster to pack.
9. Packer – packs the pineapple to the can.
10. Handgun Operator – operates the handgun.
11. Table and Filer – files the slices of pineapples to the chunker.
12. Flapguard Operator – segregates the Recoverables and remove the blemishes, spines and cores from the crush.
13. Auto Chunker Operator – operates the Auto Chunker.
14. Manual Cutting – slices the Half-Sliced manually.
15. Trayboys – gathers trays and pans for the line.
16. Trucker – delivers processed products.
