    In order to become our agent, there are criteria, conditions and

    steps that you must follow:

    1 You need to have a legal and well-known business in your country

    You need to hold the necessary licenses for the travel and tourism industry
    and for organizing Umrah pilgrimage trips. Licenses must be issued from
    authorities with jurisdiction. You must have:
    – In-effect trading record (showing the activity)

    – Authorization to practice the activity of tourism, or permit from the Ministry of Religious

    2 Endowments, or any authority with jurisdiction in your country

    – Copy of the passport of the agency owner/ general manager/ the person authorized to sign
    contracts

    – Your contact information (the addresses / telephone numbers / fax / e-mail / Mobile
    numbers)

    3 You need to be an international IATA member and your membership must


    be valid during the year of contract

    If you have previously worked in the field of Umrah, we must check that
    4 there is no reason for your business to be stopped or that no penalties have
    been issued to you by the Ministry of Hajj, or the Saudi Ministry of Interior

    5 Choose Alhussam Company as your authorized Saudi Umrah agent to


    provide your Umrah services
    6 Sign a Umrah service contract with Alhussam Company (four copies are
    required)

    You must submit a letter of guarantee (issued from your bank) on behalf of
    Alhussam Company for the amount of 200,000 SAR (only two hundred
    7 thousand Saudi Arabian Riyals) as a minimum. This is to guarantee your
    good performance and adherence to the instructions of the Ministry of Hajj
    in Saudi Arabia.

    You must authenticate all your papers from the relevant authorities in your
    country, and if documents are in a language other than Arabic, these must be
    8 translated by a certified translation office and then authenticated by the
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country, and then by the Saudi Embassy
    in your country.

    9 You must deliver all of the above papers after authentication and Swift
    warranty to us at Alhussam Company

    10 We will review the issued letter of guarantee with the local correspondent
    banks

    All authenticated papers received from you (the overseas agent) will be
    11 authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the Kingdom of
    Saudi Arabia.

    12 We will present your completed application to the Ministry of Hajj in Saudi


    Arabia after submitting it to the automated system for Umrah

    After following-up with your activation, we will receive two copies of the
    13 contract. One copy will be delivered to you (the external agent) and the other
    copy will be retained by us, Alhussam Company
    Based on the contract received, you (the overseas agent) must contact the
    14 Saudi embassy in your country in order to obtain a username and password
    for the Saudi Foreign Ministry.

    Your username and password will be used for the automated system for

    15 Umrah. You must choose the appropriate software for your device. You
    must then feed the system with the names of pilgrims who wish to perform
    Umrah

    We, Alhussam Company, will inform you (the overseas agent) of the laws

    16 and regulations that you must follow and you must communicate these laws
    and regulation to all of your pilgrims. Your pilgrims must abide by these
    laws and regulations.

    You (the overseas agent) must always communicate with our sales,
    marketing and central reservation team in order to make all the necessary

    17 arrangements for hotel reservations, transportation or any other services


    required. We must open files for all of these reservations prior to any
    marketing/ advertising activities carried out by you (the overseas agent) in
    your country

    Once you have completed feeding the automated system for Umrah with all
    the pilgrims’ names and their full data, you must forward this information

    18 using the system to Alhussam Company for review. We will issue an invoice
    for the group that must be paid within 3 business days. Alternatively, you
    can transfer the amount to us, and we Alhussam Company will pay it on
    your behalf.

    Once the invoice has been paid, and payment is received, the automated
    19 system for Umrah will issue serial numbers for each pilgrim named in the
    group.
    You (the overseas agent) must enter each serial number on the Ministry of
    20 Foreign Affairs website for each pilgrim then upload recent pictures for each
    pilgrim and link them to their serial numbers, then print the bar code

    You (the overseas agent) must review the Saudi Arabian Consulate in your

    21 country in order to hand-in original passports and documents that describe


    the family relationship of each pilgrim (Mahram) in order to obtain a Umrah
    visa on each passport.

    You (the overseas agent) must confirm flights and the final status of booked
    22 accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah with our central reservation
    team.

    You (the overseas agent) must feed the automated system for Umrah with
    the visa numbers obtained from the Saudi Arabian Consulate in your
    country, as well as the arrival and departure dates of each pilgrim. You must
    23 include the port of entry and flight information so that our operations team
    can meet and greet your pilgrims at the airport, then provide them with their
    contracted services throughout the length of their stay in the Kingdom of
    Saudi Arabia
