    I am a responsible teacher proficient in all subject areas. I am able to learn and integrate new technologies and teaching

    made many changes in my classroom as I learn how to use student data and apply appropriate teaching strategies to meet

    • Establish a positive rapport with all student and parent through open communication through phone calls, emails,
    and online parent teacher meetings.

    • Instruct more than 30 middle school students online through direct instruction, discussions, group activities and
    demonstrations. Instruct more than 25 middle school students in person through co-teaching. Allowing students to
    participate in activities to help them develop team work, problem solving, and communication skills.

    • Develop daily lesson plans to motivate students and allow for creativity. Through data focused planning in order
    to insure all students learning needs are met.
    • Run small group classes of 8 to 15 students through small-group academic level learning periods. Including two
    below basic and one advanced proficient group. Teaching both ELA and Math subjects.
