    1 Pursuant to the Court’s October 17, 2019 order requesting that the
    2 parties file a joint status report in advance of the status conference on
    3 October 24, 2019, Dkt. 63, the parties state as follows:
    4 On October 21, 2019, Defendant Home Box Office, Inc. (“HBO”) filed a
    5 Notice of Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (the
    6 “Notice of Appeal”), seeking appellate review of the Court’s order granting
    7 Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Arbitration (the “Order”). See Dkt. 64. The same
    8 day, HBO advised Plaintiffs that it intends to file with the Court a motion to stay
    9 enforcement of the Order pending resolution of its appeal. Plaintiffs advised that
    10 they would oppose the motion. The parties met and conferred but were unable to
    11 reach agreement regarding resolution of the issue, but have agreed to a briefing
    12 schedule on HBO’s motion to stay, subject to the Court’s approval, as follows:
    13 HBO’s Moving Papers: November 7, 2019

    Plaintiffs’ Opposition: November 21, 2019
    15
    16 HBO’s Reply: December 5, 2019

    17 Hearing Date: December 19, 2019


    18 To the extent necessary to accommodate the Court’s calendar, the parties will
    19 be prepared to discuss any modifications to this schedule with the Court at the
    20 status conference later this week.
