The highest score is given for outstanding design, full knowledge demonstrated through elaborated answers, and superior explanation of the career's relevance. A middle score is given for adequate design, capable demonstration of knowledge and explanation. The lowest score is given for poor design, lack of knowledge, and vague explanation.
