    SUBJECT: RECRUITMENT TO POSTS OF AUDITORS (BS-13) ON IN THE PUNJAB


    LOCAL FUND AUDIT / FINANCE DEPARTMENT (BAHAWALPUR REGION)

    With reference to your application for the above post, you are directed to attend the
    REGIONAL OFFICE OF PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION,
    BUNGALOW NO. 1083/XXV-1/RH, TOUNSA STREET, GARDEN TOWN, SHER SHAH ROAD,
    MULTAN. on 17-08-2017 at 11:30 A.M Sharp for interview.

    IMPORTANT NOTE
    1. You are being called provisionally for interview on above date & time subject to
    verification/scrutiny of your documents before interview. In case any document is found deficient,
    you will not be allowed to appear in interview. So please ensure that you bring along all the
    original documents as mentioned in the advertisement.
    List is also reproduced below:

    a) Treasury receipt of fee deposited (in original).


    b) Matriculation Certificate or in case of ‘O’ Level, equivalent certificate from Inter
    Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad showing total/obtained marks, date of
    birth. Or school leaving certificate showing date of Birth.
    c) Intermediate Certificate / ‘A’ Level along with Equivalent Qualification from IBCC,
    Islamabad, showing Total / Obtained Marks.
    d) B.Com or BBA (Finance) (2nd Division) or Bachelor’s Degree
    (2nd Division) with Mathematics or Economics or Statistics & Detailed Marks
    Certificate duly issued by the Controller of Examinations showing Total / Obtained
    Marks or Percentages of Marks.
    e) Domicile certificate of relevant District of Province of Punjab issued on or
    before the closing date.
    f) In case of Government Servant, the Departmental Permission Certificate (available
    on PPSC website) duly signed and stamped by the Competent Authority of
    concerned Department.
    g) Experience certificate (Specimen available on PPSC website) duly signed by the
    Competent Authority.
    h) Original valid C.N.I.C.
    i) Passport size photograph.
    j) Foreign qualification(s) must be recognized by H.E.C and declared equivalent by
    the Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee of the concerned
    Department.
    k) Disability certificate, if ‘Yes’ in Column 20 of Online Application form has been
    ticked duly issued/verified by Social Welfare Department.

    2. Punjab Public Service Commission will not pay T.A / D.A on this account.
    3. Interview will be held on the aforementioned date & venue even if it is declared a Public Holiday,
    unless changein the interview date is intimated to you in advance.
    4. If you fail to appear in the interview on the date & time specified above, your candidature will be
    cancelled.
