     Recognize some quantifiers and their uses;
     Use the target structure by providing sentences in the production stage.
     Material(s): Textbook and BB.

    Time Procedure Techniques


    2 Warm-up
    minutes -T greets SS Greeting
    -T: Welcome to my class.
    -T asks one of the SS to write the date on the BB
    Presentation:
    - T sets the scene and creates a need for SS.
    12 -There are……………students in this class. The use of

    -T: There are many students in this class. => a large number of
    -T asks one of the SS: How many friends so you have?
    -S1: 2
    -T: X has a few friends. => a small number of
    -T asks SS to copy and then says:

    -T writes on the BB:
     I can speak a little English. => a small amount of

     Do you have any money in your pocket now? => used in Qs & negative statements
