Mechanical Maintenance of Co-Generation plant and their auxiliaries:
30 TPH “Cheema Boiler Ltd.” AFBC multi fuel Boiler, 44 Kg/cm² & 450 (±10ºC) with their auxiliaries like ESP,
Pneumatic ash handling system, Fuel handling system, Air Compressor & Cooling Tower etc.
26 TPH Boiler designed to fire only HSD and Biogas (TBW Make) with PLC controlled burner management system
through SCADA & DAS (MAKE: SIEMENS INDIA LTD.)
Proper Generation, Distribution and Synchronization of L.P. & H.P. Steam to Process.
Maintenance of plant auxiliaries like FD fans, ID Fans, Feed pumps, Air compressors, furnaces, conveyor belts,

Mechanical maintenance of boiler auxiliary equipment used that is Coal Mill used in 210 MW X 4 Plant used
in NTPC Limited -NCPS- Dadri (MAKE: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited).
Mechanical Maintenance of Electro-Static Precipitators (MAKE: BHEL) including charging and discharging
of switchgears and Recti-formers used for charging the rappers and charging plates used in the ESP.
Monitoring and taking care of the interlocks during the startup of the ESP which is connected with the ID
Fan dampers and with the FD FAN INTERLOCKS.

with its simulation on the FEM software using ANSYS with the assistance of MS Excel the deviation of
numerical calculations with respect to the design made was analyzed.
