Step 1 : Greetings/Small Talk Telephone call
Hi, Jane , this is Jill. How are you? Congratulations for the new born baby. I'm sure she is so cute like the parents!

Hi John, it's been a long time, how have you been?


Wahl.. You're looking very good. What's your secret?

Step 2 : Create interest


1. Asking questions

a. Do you know that you can grow your resting money in Retirement Fund?

b. Do you know that you are potentially losing a double storey house by not investing?

c. Do you know that instead of spending monthly RM 1,000 today into something you don't need, you will

a. You know what, the cost of education is going higher and higher! If you do not start saving early you
may not be able to finance your kid's higher education.
b. I wish to share with you on how to achieve a tailor made financial planning where it
hedges against Inflation.
c. I wish to share with you a retirement plan that can help you to retire comfortably with peace of
mind.
d. 70% of retirees use up all their RETIREMEND FUNDS within 3 years after retiring. If you don't start
saving now, you may not be able to achieve your dream retirement.

Step 1: Greeting/Small talk:
Hi Jules! How are you doing?

It's been guide some times since we met.

How old are they now?

send for medical studies? That's just tragic.
