1. Where do you usually buy your cleaning products?

I usually buy my cleaning products in chain department stores or supermarkets.


Always I consider the prices and the quality of the products.

2. Do you consider yourself as a neat person? Why?

I consider myself a good person because I am honest, loyal, I have a sense of


belonging and above all I am respectful to the people around me.

3. Do you feel satisfied with the cleaning products you buy? Why?

Yes. I feel satisfied because the cleaning products are very good and they give me
the desired results.

4. What kind of cleaning product would you like it to be improved? Why?

I would like to improve the liquid soap for hands, because it contains many chemical
components and the ideal would be to make liquid soap with a base of flowers, obtain
a natural fragrance and achieve better hand care with less chemicals and more
original content of nature.

5. Mention 5 cleaning product brands you consider as the best ones

Fab, fabuloso, soflan, aromatel, vanish. The products mentioned contains fragrance
to flowers.
6. Which are the most important aspects to be taken into account to choose
a cleaning product brand?

The most important aspects and that I have in mind to choose a brand of cleaning
products, are the recognition, the trajectory, the quality and the price, the
performance of the sea, the components and the smell.

7. Imagine you are promoting a new product. Describe it and write in ten lines
the reasons to convince your potential clients to buy your product.

 Flower-based lotion
 Fewer chemical components and more native components.
 Fragrance that lasts
 Product of good quality
 Low prices
 Different presentations in size and fragrances
 Product that any user can carry, regardless of age and socioeconomic level
 Packing with innovative and ecological designs
 Advertising launch
 Safe and fast transport
