allowing people to do what they love and achieve great things in their lives while

Questions 15 & 16 are self-explanatory.

Question 17 Please look into your life and illustrate that you possess each of
the characteristics mentioned in the following statements (A-E):

17A: Your ability to produce results in life already has the agreement of others.
Sample Answer:
In my son’s school, they have a project designed to have reception children
successfully transition into the Year one. The project was not as successful as they
wanted it to be. Because of my involvement with the project - helping the children
who are not prepared for the Year One to make that transition - the project became
hugely successful both academically and socially. Based on my effectiveness in that
program, I’ve been recommended to other teachers for assisting in other projects.

B. You already possess well-developed communication skills.

Sample Answer:
During a Christmas project in my child’s school, I worked with the children to create a
puppet show - communicating the skills in such a way that they were able to create
and execute the show very effectively. They became so excited about it that they
decided they wanted to present it to Senior Citizen’s Community Centres to bring
them joy at Christmas time. This performance was videotaped so that the children
could really get what they had accomplished and on this video tape they chose to
acknowledge me for the difference I made for them.

C. You possess the ability to produce results in an environment that does not
supply you with agreement.
Sample Answer:
My family and I go on a holiday once a year to the same destination – this year I
suggested a new place to go. I had to persuade 3 of my siblings and their partners in
the benefits of the new location! And we went – everyone loved it in the end.

D. You possess a level of physical appearance and fitness that serves your
purpose of being a Landmark Introduction Leader.
Sample Answer:
I am a healthy person - committed to staying that way.
I walk regularly to maintain my fitness.
You can count on me to dress attractively and appropriately whenever I represent
Landmark

E. You possess the ability to take correction and use the correction
productively.
This question is probably the one we have the most trouble getting the kinds of
answer we require. Correction is not coaching. The example you give should be
an instance where someone told you to stop doing something and do it another
way. You stopped and did it the way they told you and produced a measurable
result.
Sample Answer:
I was treating a patient with serious anxiety disorder – secrets too bad to tell. I had
seen him 15 times and he had just started to open up. The Care Manager indicated
she would have to stop the care if I couldn’t get him to open up. She pointed out he
can’t get better if he can’t tell you what is going on. I took it on and began to seek
advice about how to do that. I could see how that would make a difference. I started
the next session by saying what was required was for him to open up and talk to me.
He did, progressed forward and I provided the results for him.

F. You actively demonstrate a commitment to contribute to others.

Sample Answer:

I initiated a fundraiser for the Music Dept. at school (raised £380). I have volunteered
in my son’s classroom at school. My sister needed a place to stay so I invited her to
stay with me for 3 months. She did the Landmark Forum while staying with me and
now I have my sister back in my life.
