Joining the in the round
The right side is facing you; it is time to join in the round. Slip the last 4 stitches, on the end of the needle, to a cable needle. Join in the round, be careful not to twist. For the main body of the skirt
Round 10: Knit to the center panel, Sm2, work in pattern, Sm2, knit to the end Work round 10, until the skirt measures, 8” from the bottom of the waist band. If you would like to adjust the skirt length, this is where you should do it.
Skirt Border Round 11: Purl to the end Round 12: Knit to the end Work rounds 11 and 12, 4 times total Bind off purl wise. Be sure to keep it loose.
