A. Type of Business
1. Name
The product name PeelNPatty is come from the concept of the recipe
Hamburger with banana peel. This burger is more unique because the patty is made
from the peel of banana.
2. Product
This product is just like a burger with banana peel patty. A newly sandwich which
has main ingredient, the peel of saba that is mixed in the patty that will satisfy one's
craving for sandwich or snack. We also plan to make more unique products made also
from the saba.
B. Management and Marketing Financial Highlights
Twelve young future marketers will be managing the business. Each member will
represent a role which is the manager: the General Managers, Marketing Manager,
Finance Manager, the Human Resource Manager and the Production. Each of the
managers will be handling their part accordingly. Every member should participate and
help others in need, ensure efficiency of the business and each should know how to
manage a business. The proponents aim to offer a product, a kind of burger that is
already known and create a new and unique flavor of it not only to compete but also to
introduce a unique burger, it’s not ordinary burger is not like a beef burger, it’s the peel
of saba.
C. Socio Economic Contribution
In terms of the business waste disposal, we’ll be segregating biodegradable from
non-biodegradable to ensure the cleanliness. Proponents will do paper packaging to
make it done. Proponents assures not just only the good quality product and friendly
service for our customers in our company but also to assures its participation of taking
good care of the environment.

Plaza which is the place we are going to sell our product. There are many employees in
PHINMA- University of Pangasinan and those employees can also be one of our

Our main target market are the Students of PHINMA-University of Pangasinan.
We believe that they would want and always go to try something new and unique but
also a budget friendly food, just like our Banana Patty. And we'll also try to sell our
products to the other employees of the school.

enough.

1. Why banana peel?


The reason in using banana peel as a main ingredients in our patty is we observe
that every time people eat banana they just casually throw its peel. We think that
throwing it is a big waste so we want to make a new product in where it's the main
variable. It’s healthy but cheap so we decide to make a food product that lead us in
making a burger patty. We want others to experience our product, because they don’t
know that banana peel is edible.
2. Features and Benefits
Features:
The ingredients of our product are very far from the usual kind of burger
because it’s healthy, unique and new to the market.

With this kind of tool to promote our product, we have representative to
