Title: www.ComFuture Program

INTORDUCTION:

Access to computers and the internet have been a social need for education in or society (Kent
Conrad, brainyquotes.com). Computers are really needed when it comes to education especially in a
workplace.

The Accountancy, Business and management (ABM) students of General Santos City National
High School (GSCNHS) have been suffering from deficiency of using computer applications. Conducting a
workshop and tutorial will be a solution to this problem to enhance their skills and knowledge. It will be
a help to the ABM students if they will learn how to use software and applications expertly.

The students have lots of benefits if they will register to the program. The advantages that can
help them are that they can learn more in a simplest way. They will be extra updated and skilled enough
in using computers. Their typing skills will improve if they will attend in every session. The students will
also be skillful in making effective PowerPoint Presentations and learn how to easily send electronic
mails or e-mails through the use of computers.

Softcare organization came up with their program, www.ComFuture Program, for the deficiency
in using computer applications of the students in GSCNHS. This program will help the students to
enhance their skills in using different applications found in a computer such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and others.

PURPOSE:

In this generation, technology become the major factor of the lives of the society. Still, there are
many individuals who does not have the knowledge in using the said technology. This individuals
showed a remarkable absence of information to some basic technologies. They become ignorant to the
trends of this millennium days. Due to this fact we encourage the students and other professional
workers to engage in many organizations and programs to help them gain knowledge about
technologies.

www.Comfuture Program is for the students in General Santos City National High School
(GSCNHS) and other professional workers to enhance their skills in the applications found in the
computers such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. This program will educate them on
how to create presentations and data in the computers. It will also train the students on how to send
messages via electronic mails or e-mails. www.ComFuture Program will not just improve their skills in
the computer applications but will also give them expertise in typing.
Technologies are very essential not just today but also to the future. People nowadays cannot
live without the important use of the computers. These things can help them in many ways. Therefore,
the knowledge about this computer is very important, hence, people should learn hot to use it.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The major goal of this www.ComFuture Program is to help the students to learn more about the
computer applications by engaging the program and also to promote the school’s capability to teach the
students in relation to computers. This project will help the students to enhance their skills in computer
programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and many more.
