Arrange the following procedures

TO OPEN A NOTEPAD (1-4)

________ Point to Accessories

________ Click on Start

________ Click on Notepad

________ Point All Programs

SAVING A TEXT FILE (1-5)

_______ On the Menu Bar click on File > Save.

_______ Type the file name on the File Name Box.

_______ Open the folder where you want to save the file.

______Click Save.

______ On the Save in Box, click on the down arrow and choose My Documents
from the list of storage locations.

CREATING A TEXT FILE (1-2)

________Type on the Typing area.

________Open the Notepad.


USING COPY PASTE ( 1-5)

________ Move your cursor over the highlighted text and press the right mouse
button. Move your cursor down to the Copy option. Click the right mouse button
to copy the text.

________Click File at the top of the Notepad and then click Save.Type the name
for your document and choose the location to save it in. Click Save.

________Position your mouse cursor at the beginning of the text that you want
to copy and press down on the left mouse button.

_________Click anywhere in the notepad document to position your cursor and


then press the right mouse button. Move your cursor down to the Paste option
and press the left mouse button.

_________ Move the mouse to the end of the text that you want to copy noticing
that the text is highlighted as you do so. Keep pressing the left mouse button
until you reach the end of the text. Once at the end, release the mouse button.

FORMATTING / CHANGING THE APPEARANCE OF THE TEXT (1-3)

__________On the Font Dialog, choose an option for Font, Font style and Font
size.

__________ Click on OK when done.

_________From the Menu Bar click on Format > Font
