    EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN FLOWCHART


    Refer also to procedures in Redcliffe Aero Club Company Operations Manual (Section A6 – Appendix 3)

    News of accident received at office

    Appoint Emergency Response Coordinator (CP, CFI or Delegate)

    Get Passenger Manifest & Complete Accident Notification Form

    Notified by:

    Pilot / Member of the public. Media – DO NOT issue a statement AusSar


    Passenger Eg. landowner until you have some facts

    Is anyone injured?
    Pilot may be in shock – Attempt to establish
    ask them specific communications with pilot
    questions about injuries.

    If there are fatalities, DO NOT


    NO DON’T KNOW YES contact families / clients yourself.
    Give contact details to police.

    Notify Police / Fire / Ambulance - 000


    (If notified by AusSar, they will
    have already done this)

    Arrange transport of the pilot and passengers


    if required and/or someone to meet them at
    the hospital.
