purchase and sales order by computer.
This is use in simulation.Simulation means we make copy of vehicle and big machine before
manufacturing.
SCIENCE:
It is use in space science for testing and manufacturing in rocket, artificial satellite. We can
receive information about in rain, stormed and temperature.
DEFENCE:
It is use in defence for known about in aircraft, ships of enemy by computer.
ENTERTAINMENT:
We should have one computer with speaker. We can see movies on the computer. We can sing
songs by this.
HEALTH:
Computer is use in the health for tasting many diseases.
COMMUNICATION:
It is use mostly in this. We can send any information from one computer to another computer.
This is called communication. Computer uses everywhere such as school, railway, airlines, post
office etc.

1. ANALOG:
Data is found in the form of analog signal in analog computer. These signals are
continuously change.
2. DIGITAL :
Data is found in the two forms that is low position (0), high position (1).This data is called
binary data. These computers use in office, home, institute etc.

This computer is movable. We can use this in bus during on travel.It has low space Ex.

4. MINI COMPUTER:
This computer is powerful than micro computer processing speed storage capacity is much
than microcomputers more than one user can work on this. These are use in railways,
airlines, bank,andstock exchange.
5. SUPER COMPUTER:
This is powerful in all type of computer. These are big in size and structure. These have
processing speed, storage capacity 1000 times than a simple computer .It is use in,
geology, weather forecasting.

This computer has features of both computers. This can convert analog data to digital and
digital data analog.

The physical components of the computer are called hardware. We can touch by hand,
watch by eyes these parts. Ex. Mouse, Keyboard, CPU, Monitor, Printer etc.
INPUT DEVICE:
We give instruction to perform for CPU such device is known as input device.

KEYBOARD:
We give data for CPU by keyboard. We can give all type of data by this. There are two type
of keyboard. First is normal keyboard which have 104 keys. Second is multimedia keyboard
which have 128 keys. It has following type of keys:

MOUSE:
It is also input device. It is use for select any icon and run any program.
SCANNER:
Scanner scans paper media and transmit computer. Scan means accept data. Data can be
form in picture, photo, chart, letter etc.

It is also called VDU (visual display unit). Picture is found in the form of dotes which known

as pixels. CRT (cathode rays tube), TFT (thin film transistor) and LCD (liquid crystal
display)technology are found in monitor. It’s mechanism like television.
SPEAKERS:
Computer is process in audio sound and gives us output by speakers. Speakers use
external speaker in computer. It has capacity in watts.
PRINTER:
Printer is an output device which gives for user hardcopy of data. Printer send output data
from computer to user. It is use in bank, telephone, electricity board and reservation etc.
STORAGE
Bits is the small unit of storage data, it’s the short form of binary + digit = bits.
B. SECONDARY MEMORY
b. ROM
a. RAM: RAM stands for random access memory. It has data temporary so this is volatile
memory. When we shut down computer than data is refresh. It is very fast in speed. Small
in size and expensive.
(ii) DYNAMIC
b. ROM: ROM stands for read only memory. It has data permanently so it is non-volatile
memory. If computer is off than data will be save. We can read only, we cannot change in
this.
SOFTWARE
We give instruction for CPU.A group of instructions is known as program.A set of program
is known as software.

Menu Properties→ change option start and taskbar.

window→ Change Theme, Desktop, Screensaver, and Mouse Pointer & Desktop Icon.

Company alteration:
Press Alt+F3 on Gateway of Tally and select Alter and changing in company.
Company deletion:
Press Alt+F3 on Gateway of Tally and select Alter and company press Alt+D select delete

TDS:TDS is for Payment.TDS stands for Tax Deducted at Source. We can use TDS
following way:-
We create a ledger of TDS under duties & taxes, choose TDS from menu.
We give paymentfor bank or cash than TDS cut automatically by TDS property.
CST: Means CUSTOM TAX.This tax goes to custom office. CST use by following
method.
We create a ledger of CST under duties & taxes choose CST from menu
First of all we cut TDS from payment voucher after that we use CST on that.
This tax adds with amount of payment by TDS cut from that amount.

FBT stands for Fringe Benefit Tax.This is use when we give gift anybody.
Go to account information and press F-11 key open company configuration
menu and click F3 and yes FBT and FBT detail.
