Subject: Rationalization of installation charges for LL/DSL/Bharat Fiber (voice/ Broadband/combo) & BBoWiFi
connections in all the circles -reg.
1. Kindly refer to BSNL CO letter No. 1-1/2016-R&C (CFA) [Circular R&C-CFA No.62/16-17 dated 16-06-2016 regarding
revision of installation charges.
2. Now, the Competent Authority has decided as follows:
(a) To rationalize installation charges for LL/DSL/Bharat Fiber connections (Voice/ Broadband Only/Combo) in all
the circles. Details are as follows:

installation by BSNL.
** Nil installation charges for LL/DSL/Bharat Fiber (Voice/Broadband Only/Combo) connection may be levied
for those customers who opts Annual/Higher Payment options.
(b) Nil Installation charges shall be levied for the BBoWiFi connection provided through Broadband over WiFi
Service Providers (BWSPs).
3. All other terms and conditions shall remain same as per earlier circulars.
4. The circles shall ensure to comply with all regulatory mechanism including online reporting to TRAI and also update
the circle website.
5. These instructions shall be effective with immediate effect in all the circles.
6. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in Broadband cell file No. 64-468/2018-
19/BB/Tariff. For any queries/clarification in this regard, matter may be taken up with Broadband Section, BSNL
Corporate Office, Janpath, New Delhi-110001 (Tele No. 011-23322064 & Fax No. 011-23734052).
