Stress Analysis of Axi - Symmetric Components

This document describes a procedure for using ANSYS software to analyze the stress of an axisymmetric component. It involves: 1) Defining the geometry, material properties, and meshing of the component. 2) Applying boundary conditions like displacement and pressure. 3) Solving for stresses and viewing the von Mises stress contour plot and deformed shape. The result is determining the stresses in the axisymmetric component using ANSYS.
