I. Project Title: Leadership and Development

This document outlines a project plan to develop leadership skills in youth. The project will take place on December 20, 2019 at 8am in Barangay 176 Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. It aims to explore and develop leadership skills, enhance career training, and mold youth to become future leaders. The project requires brainstorming, cooperation with organizations, and funding to acquire materials like a projector, laptop, chairs, speakers, and food. The expected outcome is for youth to develop leadership skills, learn the qualities of a leader, and discover themselves.

PROJECT PLAN

I. Project Title: Leadership and Development

II. Description: This project designed to offer youth in the community the opportunity to explore and develop
leadership skills in any aspects of life. Through learning, growth and experience in these areas, you will challenge
yourself, bring out your personal best and develop the skills to affect change and make an impact. Great leaders find
the balance between business foresight, performance, and character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility
and focus along with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation amongst their team.It is the form of
energizing, engaging programs that inspire, challenge and grow leaders. Leadership and Development stimulates
discovery about leadership in relation to the self, teams and organizations so that individuals can bring their best
selves to work and bring out the best in others, too.

III. Objectives: This project will develop the leadership skills of an individual while enhancing the career-focused,
hands-on training you get in your program of study. Also it is a great way to gain a competitive edge, valuable
leadership skills and experience, and develop your resume and portfolio.Then it also aims to enhance or mold the
youth to be turn out to be the future leader of our country.

VIII. Pre-implementation Requirements: before this project will be conduct there is a brainstorming why and what
is our main purpose of this project. Also we will cooperate to the government and other organizations who aims to
influence the youth and possess leadership skills. Then, should have fund which may be use to all the materials
needed by this project.

IX. Risk Assessment: This project will have an outcome that the youth will be develop and enhance their leadership
skills. Also, to be able to teach the youth the qualities of a leader that they may have possess in order to build
themselves and to know who are really they are. Lastly, to discover and explore themselves in every field where
they will be in.
