Admin Panel :

1. Institute Info – add or Edit info.


2. Admin dashboard – will show count of all point and all respondents
assessment record, No. of survey in the system, etc.
3. Department – Admin can add, edit, delete department.
4. Level – Admin can add, edit, delete level.
5. Topic – Admin can add, edit, delete Subject.
6. Respondents – Admin can add, edit, delete Respondents
7. Data collecting Agent - Admin can add, edit, delete DCA with type of
Provincial agents, District of township agents.
8. Question Bank – Admin can Add Questions by selecting Department, Level,
Topic, and type Questions mentioned below etc.

9. Survey – Admin can add, edit, delete, active, inactive, re-activate,


assessment, view Survey, print result, add questions of Survey, add deadline
date, etc
10. Results – show list of all survey result given by respondents. [ summary
narrative reports, graphs, pie charts & tables. Output data should offer
comparative analysis for different surveys for specified periods.] having filters
- age group, sex, age, profession, income bracket, province, ward, town,
township, religion.
11. RESPONDENTS & DATA COLLECTING AGENTS : agents can feed details of
Respondents with following fields collected by text massages, emails and calls
