Sir / Madam,

In connection with your candidature for the Assistant Engineer (Civil) Recruitment Examination, 2015, I am directed to request you to
appear before the Commission for a Personality Test to be held at the Commission's Office ( 4th floor ) at 161-A, S.P. Mukherjee Road,
Kolkata - 26 (near Tollygunge Railway Bridge) on the Wednesday 07 December at 11:00 AM

2. You are requested to present yourself at the Waiting Room (3rd Floor) positively at 10:30 AM on the scheduled date. In case of any
difficulty, please contact the undersigned.

3. You are requested to bring with you the following documents in original ( along with self certified/attested copies ) on the date of your
Personality Test for verification:

(A) Madhyamik or equivalent certificate as evidence of age.


(B) Certificates or Mark-Sheets of Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
University or equivalent qualification.
(C) Certificates or Mark-Sheets of all other examinations passed.
(D) Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Backward Class / Disability Certificate from
appropriate authority (applicable only in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes /
Scheduled Tribes /Backward Classes/ Persons with disability).
(E) Experience Certificate of continuous practice as the employee of the Central
Government or the State Government or Government Undertaking or Statutory Body,
recognized for the purpose by the State Government (applicable only in case of candidates
claiming for relaxation of upper age limit).
(F) Affidavit regarding any discrepancy in Name/Father's name etc. in the Certificates.
(G) Two copies of passport size photographs identical with the one uploaded during
online application and original of any proof of identity bearing photograph like EPIC /
AADHAR card / PAN card / Driving License etc.
4. If you fail to produce any of the required original certificates for verification before the Personality Test, you will not be interviewed by
the Commission and your candidature for the above examination will be cancelled by the Commission straightway. In case you do not
appear at the Personality Test it will be presumed that you are not interested in this matter and as such your case will be passed over
without making any further reference to you.

5. Please note that request for change of date of the Personality Test will not be entertained.

6. No travelling allowance will be paid for any journey that may be undertaken in this connection.

7. You are being called for the Personality Test provisionally subject to verification of your eligibility and suitability for the examination in all
respects in terms of the rules of the examination.
