    It is submitted that I am working as Lab Technician for T.B. Program in City Hospital on
    General Duty. Due to expire of General Duty orders, it is requested that kindly renew my orders.
    It should be noted that I have several years experience of the lab technology in the T.B. Program
    so it is also beneficial for the hospital
