grams with training and field .

Past Work experience:

 Many Projects handled with the Directorate of Census Operations Uttarakhand (Min-
istry Of Home Affairs), Dehradun as below:-

 As a Sr. Consultant
Sample Registration System (SRS) Project:- (February, 2014 to October, 2017)
This is a regular project of the ORGI. Main objective of this project is to provide child birth
and death rates at National and State levels. It also provides age specific fertility and death rate.
It is basically done by conducting field works to collect data of various basic health Indicators
like birth rate, sex ratio, death rate and Infant death etc. in selected sample units.

 As a Jr. Consusltant
Annual Health Survey (AHS) Project:- (September, 2010 to June, 2014)
This project is being conducted at the behest of the National Commission on population, Prime
Minister’s Office and Planning Commission to yield benchmarks of core vital and health indi-
cators at the district level and to map its rate of change on a continual basis. Basic Health Indi-
cators such as CBR, CDR, IMR, TFR, MMR, SRB and many others on maternal and child care,
family planning practices etc. would be generated.
Clinical Anthropometric & Bio-chemical (CAB) Survey:- (July to December, 2014)
It is a part of Annual Health Survey project. Motive of the project is to find out the prevalence
of under and over-nutrition, anemia, hypertension and abnormal fasting glucose and household
availability iodized salt under Clinical, Anthropometric and Bio-chemical.

Role and Responsibilities


To carry out various tasks including administrative & secretarial work and other incidental to
the project. Monitor activities of Survey & TPA agencies and undertake regular inspections for
ensuring quality of data. Analyze the data and drafting reports. Coordinate with ORGI, State
DCO Office, Survey and TPA Agencies in various matters relating to the AHS project. To up-
date ORGI/DCO regarding the work status in the format and with periodicity as prescribed.
Supervision of training programs of Enumerators and Supervisors of Survey and TPA agen-
cies.

Workshops/Seminars:
Took part in many workshops/seminars of Census-2011 Data Dissemination and CensusInfo
India Software organized by the Directorate of Census Operations, Uttarakhand time to time.

Presentations:
Prepared many presentations for the Annual Health Survey Project as well as for Census-2011.
Also presented Census data-2011 during the workshops organized on 30th & 31st December,
2013.

Trainings:
Participated and supervised many of the training of Supervisors/Enumerators of Survey and
Third Party Audit Agencies during the SRS and Annual Health Survey Project. I have also giv-
en training to them.
 Other Responsibilities/activities:
Compilation and comparison of Census-2011 & 2001 data on various occasions of presenta-
tions, data dissemination and for various publications like Provisional Population Totals, Pri-
mary Census Abstract etc. And doing various official work like filing, observe TA/DA bills and
salary also of Consultants etc.

Other project experience:

 Worked as a field supervisor in j-pal ngo for three years, in the project of socio-economic
and educational survey in uttarakhand.
 Worked asa field researcher with HARC, ngo project-soil conservation of forest analysis.

Internship training :

 Three mounths internship at kirishi vigyan kendra, dhakrani, dehradun, scince 2009.
 One mounth trainning in bee keeping at kirishi vigyan kendra, dhakrani, dehradun, scince
2005.

Profesnal qualification:

 M.S.W (Master of Social Work) with H.N.B. Garhwal university, area of Specialization in
“Community Development”
 MBA pursuing, with U.O.U University Uttarakhand.
Academic qualification:

 Bachelor degree in the subject economics & commerce.


 Senior secondary.
 Higher secondary.

Computer knowledge:

 Good knowledge of computer in dos, dos basic, ms-excel, ms-word, power point, tally,
desktop publishing and Hindi & English typing.
 Basic knowledge of Computer assembling, Installing and Maintenance.

Co-curricular activities:

 Certificate holder of national service scheme (N.S.S.).


 Participated at national level science conference as a programme volunteer, organized by
sgrr (pg) college and sponsored by ugc, ucost and dst.
 Participated in “world aids day” awareness programme organized by USACS and Family
Heath And Welfare Department. Of Uttarakhand.
 Organised a blood donation programme in s.g.r.r.(p.g.) College, dehradun.
 Participateed at puls polio abhiyan.
