    Technical Manual

    Sawing machines are used for treating and cutting stone. Depending on the thickness of
    the material cutting and additional treating, grooving is possible. Maximum working width -
    250mm. The thickness of the material for cutting is 10 mm for the model 125.2200 and 60 mm
    for the model 230.4000.
    Characteristics
     The plastic case ensures safe operation when using water for work.
     The material is fed manually by a moving platform located on 2 shafts.
     Machines can work in networks with a voltage of 220V and 380V.
     We ask you to follow the maximum continuous operation time in order to avoid
    overheating of the engine.
    It is also necessary to take precautions and observe safety precautions. Work with the
    material should be carried out by specially trained workers.
    At the end of each shift, it is necessary to clean the moving parts of the machine. Water
    must be drained, the machine dried. Carry out maintenance after every 200 hours of work:
    lubricate bearings, if necessary, change bearings, saw blades.
