Description:

Accent Book Handling is a Retail Management Software which includes Point Of Sale,
Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting Modules. This software provides a complete
financial solution to the retail industry. This project focuses on simplifying, optimizing
and accelerating the Retail Business processes. It is a Web Based application which offers
reliability, portability and accessibility.

Responsibilities: Overall design, development, testing and deployment.


2. Customer Profile

Duration : 8 Months

Description:

This application is aimed at maintaining and displaying customer specific information.


Some of the major functionalities include,
 Each customer uploads his profile in the form of Excel, Parsing Excel data –
Storing in DB – Displaying on web pages based on customer selection.
 Upload utility for customer to upload his own documents.
 Add/Delete/Change/Search documents and document related information.
 Writing application data to various Excel Sheets.
 Writing back the Data from Excel to the corresponding forms.

Responsibilities: Overall design, development, testing and deployment. Development


includes creation of JSP pages, and coding of model objects using Java Beans
technology.

3. Scheduler

Technologies : JSP, Servlets, Java Bean,JDBC


Role : Developer
Tools : Eclipse Galileo,SqlYog
Duration : 4 Months

Description:

 The main purpose of Scheduler application is to Schedule a meeting and reservations


of meeting rooms at various buildings at different locations. Reservation will also be
based on Facilities (Food/Beverages, Audio/Video etc.) available at different
meeting rooms. Reservation can also be done on Recurring Pattern / Recurring
Duration.
 Overall availability will be shown in a graphical view on selection of location and
date.
 Reservation can be done only based on the conditions each room has.
 On successful Reservation / Cancellation intimation mail will be sent to the
corresponding departments.
 Reports generated, Number of facilities setups based on given dates, List of a week's
facilities setups, weekly room schedule etc.
 User Management and Room Administration etc.
