1.1 Introduction

1.1.1 Automation :
Automation or industrial automation is the use of control systems such
as computers, controllers to control industrial machinery and processes,
to optimize productivity in the production of goods and delivery of
services. Automation is a step beyond mechanization. Whereas
mechanization provides human operators with machinery to assist them
with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases
the need for human sensory and mental requirements.

1.1.2 Automation Impacts:

• It increases productivity and reduce cost.
• It gives emphasis on flexibility and convertibility of
manufacturing process. Hence gives manufacturers the
ability to easily switch from manufacturing Product A to
manufacturing product B without completely rebuilt the
existing system/product lines.

the manufacturing process, where automation can increase quality
substantially.

1.2.1 ENVIRONMENT:

As the environment is very noisy currently because of the noise

pollution and various types of polluting effects are been founded, so in
order to save the pollution in environment automation is very much
required and usage of various equipments are very much required to
prevent the nature and environment from the pollution of sound. Various
machines in departments are old so because of that various noise
pollutions take place. So in order to prevent this noise pollution
automation in industries are very much required so that the mirority in
the production can happen.
1.2.2 ACTIVITIES:

Various types of activities are been happening in the industries. There

are various types of activities like cutting and grinding, lamination,
serving and maintaining, cooling and heating, assembling and
fabrication, welding, etc. In order to automise it the automation is very
much required and due to which the work for the industries are very
much required. Each and every industries are looking for the digitization
and all industries are making efforts to reduce manual efforts and
making the work easier and perfect so that it can makes imports and
exports easier to perform and various informations and supervisions
become very much easier.

Interactions are been done to interact and getting various central ideas
and knowledge about the business firms. They might be visitors or
dealers and industry always looks for the betterment they provide to the
business company and automation plays e a major role in that.
1.2.4 OBJECTS:

Various objects are been used for the production in the company and the
company’s profit is purely based on the type of production they are
having. Now there are various channels for the production in a company
and automation plays a major role in the quality of production. There
may be various objects like gear belts drives, pulley, different sensors,
generators, product separator, etc. and in order to maintain the quality
standard automation is the most required one.

There may be various users of the product which is been produced by

the industry. They may be productive workers, trainers, peon and clerks,
supervisors, coordinators, engineers, etc. but with the help of automatic
tools they might get there work easier.

part for the industry and the management can support the production for
the development of the country and the quality control department works
on the quality of the product and that perfect analysis can be perfectly
performed just because of the automation and automatic controlled
analysis of the product.

resources and automaton. Those activities may be surveying and
inspection, observing and controlling production increment pressure and
temperature control, quality assessment, etc. and the regulation in the
product becomes very much easier due to the automation in the

also set up the perfect impression for the quality standard of an industry
so that an industry can survive in the market competition and the
location of an industry can play a major role and effect the production
directly.

a major role. The location should be decided in such a way that it should
be prevented from various environmental disasters and hazards and the
early access to the productive materials can be founded. So for an
industry to develop the location plays a major role.

Props are those things which are for the maintenance of the waste, back
up facilities, utilization of material and co-ordination. So all the raw
materials should be used properly and the maximum use of the material
should be done in order to reduce the production cost and such a
maintenance becomes very difficult for a person to perform and through
the automation one can easily maintain the quality and the quantity
standards of the raw materials.
Now as far as the security prospective are been concerned the security of
the production and the raw materials should be digitalised so that it
becomes very easier for the security to access for the security

of censors and Various supportive feature by Controllers. So in order to
control various types of the Productive part and the various types of the
outputs, the Controlling and managing in the industries through the
Quality Control is the most important part.

The main motive of any Industry is to become Customer friendly and the
production is purely based on the requirement of the customer and the
