Optus Loop Voice UC for desktop PC

Optus Loop Voice UC - Overview


Optus Loop Voice UC is soft phone used to communicate with both your colleagues and external contacts.
Share your Presence, Chat, Call and desktop share are some of the features available with your soft phone
which integrates with your enterprise phone number.
You will first need to download to App on your desktop:

1. First you need to log into your My Phone portal
2. Enter the url https://loop.optus.com.au/myphone/control/main
3. Enter your Username and Password (provided to you by Optus via email)
4. Click Login
Note: When logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change your password

5. Go to My Features
6. Select Desktop Softphone

7. Click on the Desktop Communicator for PC link

8. When the Communicator.exe window opens, click Save File

9. Click Run

10. The following window will appear while windows is downloading Optus Loop Voice UC

11. Select a Language - English, then click OK

12. Click Next

13. Click I Agree (to agree to the Terms and Conditions listed in the License Agreement)

14. Select Install options


15. Click Next

16. Chose a destination folder, then click Next

17. Click Install

18. Installation Complete. Click Next

19. Click Finish

The Optus Loop Voice UC App is now installed. To Log in for the first time:
1. Enter your Username
(Your User Name is: [email protected]
2. Enter your Password (This is the same password you use to access My Phone portal)
3. Click Sign In

4. Tick Remember Password check box to remember your password


5. Tick Sign in automatically for your Cloud Voice to automatically sign you when you log in to your
PC
