I, RICARDO GABRIEL BLAS, JR., Filipino, of legal age, married, residing at 459 Angeles
St. Soledad, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint AIZA CAILIPAN BLAS,
Filipino, of legal age, married, residing at 459 Angeles St. Soledad, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

1. To transact and negotiate with Standard Insurance Co., Inc. (“Standard”)


relative to the insurance claim on my motor vehicle, more particularly described

2. To secure and receive the check representing the full and final settlement of the

Thousand, Three Hundred Forty Eight pesos only (P 813,348.00), Philippine
Currency;

3. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents and instruments as may
reasonably be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the foregoing
transactions, as well as the sale of the unit described herein to Standard, such as
but not limited to Release of Claim, Deed of Sale, etc.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done on my behalf by virtue of these presets.
