PUC is a proforma regarding information/documents required for pension case alongwith


necessary papers received from Mr. Muhammad Dilawar S/o Ghulam Muhammad for processing
of his pension case.
He was working as Athletic Coach and has been retired from GCU Service on 18 -06-2019 vide
order No EA-II/35-01/06 dated 05-07-2019 after attaining the age of superannuation.

Brief summary of his service is as:

1 Athletic Coach/Marker Contract 18.09.2001 to 07.05.2014

2 Athletic Coach Regular 08.05.2014 to 18.06.2019

According to his service record, he has only 05 years regular service at his credit.

According to Pension Rules Section-III for Gratuity and Pension Benefits clause 4.6 (2):
[(a) If a Government servant retires or is selected for discharge
owing to the abolition of his permanent post, after completing
qualifying service of 5 years or more but less than 10 years, he
may be granted a gratuity not exceeding one month’s pay for each
year of qualifying service, subject to a maximum of Rs.12,500/-.
In the light of above cited rule, it is proposed that Mr. Muhammad Dilawar may be granted
Gratuity amounting Rs.12,500/- admissible to him under Pension Rule 4.6(2)(a) (Copy
enclosed).
