1. When Installation mode appears; select Typical workstation.

3. When asked for License environment; select Local license and OK.

4. Upon installation finished, at Start menu; select All program → Tanner EDA → Utilities → Computer ID Utility.

5. Tanner Computer ID will appear as shown below. Get the Ethernet ID (eg. 10-26152).

6. From Crack folder copy file TannerTools_13_Calculator and TannerTools_13_Corrector to C:\Program Files\Tanner EDA\

7. Run TannerTools_13_Calculator, when asked for Lock Code, enter Ethernet ID (as in step 5)

8. It will generate lservrc file in C:\Program Files\Tanner EDA\

9. Copy lservrc file to:


a. Program Files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools v13.0,
b. Program Files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools v13.0\VerilogA\vacomp\bin
c. Program Files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools v13.0\px\win32-2.6-i686\bin
d. Program Files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools v13.0\legacy (in case compatibility version installed, if only tanner tools v13 is installed this
folder is not available).

10. Now is the important step : right click on "My Computer" and click on
'properties'

11. In the 'system properties' go to 'Advanced' and click on 'Environment

12. At System variables check under variable LSERVRC; make sure the variable value is C:\program files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools
v13.0\lservrc. If it is not, edit the variable value to the designated file.

13. If the variable is not available, create new variable by typing LSERVRC at variable name and C:\program files\Tanner EDA\Tanner Tools
v13.0\lservrc at variable value.

14. Run TannerTools_13_Corrector that you already copy in the folder C:\program files\Tanner EDA\ . When patches completed you can start
using your Tanner Tools v13.
