Design The Paint

Bearings are machine elements that constrain relative motion between moving parts to only the desired motion by controlling the vectors of normal forces. Bearings are classified based on the type of operation, allowed motions, or direction of applied loads. Figure 6 shows the structure of a bearing. Spur gears are designed to transmit motion and power between parallel shafts and are commonly used in power transmission. Figure 7 and 8 show gear wheel mechanisms used to move a conveyor forward or in reverse through spur gear arrangements. The spray gun mount design section was not summarized as it did not contain any content to summarize.

H. Bearings
A bearing is a machine element that constrains relative motion between moving parts to only the
desired motion. The design of the bearing may, for example, provide for free linear movement of
the moving part or for free rotation around a fixed axis; or, it may prevent a motion by controlling
the vectors of normal forces that bear on the moving parts. Bearings are classified broadly according
to the type of operation, the motions allowed, or to the directions of the loads (forces) applied to
the parts. Fig.6 shows the structure of bearing.

I. Gear Wheel Mechanism

The spur gears, which are designed to transmit motion and power between parallel shafts, are the
most economical gears in the power transmission industry. The spur gear arrangement is used to
move the conveyor in forward and direction. The gear wheel mechanism arrangement is shown in
Fig.7 and Fig.8.
