    AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

    We, Jube Rose E. Tasil and Denise M. Alcoseba, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and
    residents of Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay, and, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

    1. That we personally know Roxie Lou Y. Pabingwit, of legal age, Filipino and with
    residence and postal address at Talusan, Zamboanga Sibugay, she is our
    neighbour and have known her since childhood;

    2. That she was born on 15 May 1997 at Zamboanga City Medical Center, as
    evidenced by her NSO Authenticated Certificate of Live Birth;

    3. That unfortunately, when she enrolled for college education at Western


    Mindanao State University, her place of birth was not entered into in the school’s
    record;

    4. That it is only in her Transcript of Records at Western Mindanao State University


    that her place of Birth was not indicated. In all her documents, her Place of Birth
    has always been Zamboanga City;

    5. That we know said person since we have been neighbours and close family
    friends for almost 18 years;

    6. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
    foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary
    consideration but solely for the purpose of declaring that her place of birth is at
    Zamboanga City and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
