CONTENT & PERFORMANCE STANDARD:

 The learner demonstrates understanding of the different


techniques used in animation.
 The learner independently creates animation using different
techniques in animation.

I. OBJECTIVES:

 Learn the different techniques in animation


 Create an animation using the different techniques learned.

II. SUBJECT MATTER:

 Topic : Animation Techniques


 Reference : Animation, by CK Publishing, page 7-9
 Time : 60 min./session (2 session/week)
 Materials : Laptop and Projector or Chalk & Board,
Hand-outs, Worktext Book

III. PROCEDURE:

 Routine matters

a. Class Prayer
b. Attendance Checking

 Motivation

a. Tricky Questions (10-15 minutes)


1) Students will be asked a tricky question and
must answer it in 60 seconds.

Example:
- What is always broken but not held?
(ans. Promises)
- What lives when feed but dies when it drinks
(ans. Fire)
- How did the boy kick the ball when it came
back without someone throwing it back?
(ans. He kicked it upward)
- What can you catch that is not thrown?
(ans. Cold)
- A plane crashed in the border between
Villanueva and Tagoloan, where did they
buried the survivors?
(ans. You don’t bury survivors)
- A plane crashed and every single person died
except two people, why?
(ans. The two were married)

a. Let the students’ review the lesson discussed by reading


the book in 15-minutes and have a 10-item quiz
afterwards.
