Responsibilities:
Head Of Department

 The fulfillment of the University´s responsibilities concerning students in respect of their


admission, instruction, progress and examination.
 The availability of pastoral assistance.
 Adherence to the regulations and procedures of Faculties and of the Senate.
 Ensure that University HR policies and procedures are implemented.
 Comply with auditing, quality assurance and risk management procedures both internal and
external.

Teaching Support
 Use appropiate teaching, learning support and assesment methods. Supervise final year projects
of students. Contribute to student development by creating valuable sources for them through
professional experiences of different marketing managers of industry.
 Conduct exams and other assess work fairly and without biasness. Design Teaching material and
deliever either across a range of modules or within a subject area. To teach undergraduate and

graduate courses delievered by the department. To promote the image and reputation of
department.

Weekend Incharge:
 Collaborate with technology and computer science department to make sure that classes on
weekend runs smoother. Enrolling students in new semester by coordinating with registrar
department.
 Ensuring Classes take place on time. Coordination with examination department regarding paper
issues. Coordinating students issues with concerned department. Making sure classes timing and
create bills of faculty for weekend program.

Managing Co-Curricular Activities:


 Mentor students for sports, photography, tourism and e-games so that they can represent their
institute on university level.
 Despite president of co-curricular activities, I would love to work as team member so that we can
achieve our goals. Spreading sportsmanship among students and staff members.
