    Dear Sir,

    This is in reference to the drawings as above.

    The approved drawings for BRM area, Zone -10, Sheet 2&4 and Pkg 070 (132 KV lines already laid from MSDS-5 to MSDS-7) are attached for ready
    reference.

    Before start of the excavation work, the proposed area was inspected with PSD.
    During the joint visit it was found that all 18 Trestle foundation under Pkg 078A in BRM area, Vide Z-10/TR-1 (X+4937, Y+9251) to Z-10/TW-4
    (X+5133, Y+9270) are overlapping on the 132KV lines laid underground from MSDS-5 to MSDS-7 and also at JB-5 (junction box-5).

    The possibility of shifting of axis has also been looked into but it could not be done due to the proposed road on the one side and Cable Gallery of
    Power Zone on other side .

    It is requested to look into the matter and suggest the possible alternative, so as to obtain excavation clearance from PSD and other adjacent facilities.

    This may be treated as urgent in view of the BRM commissioning.

    Note: all Trestles (18 nos.) have been Fabricated, inspected by Mecon, and had reached site.
