1.) Describe yourself.

I'm the kind of person who knows how to execute difficult tasks with precision. I pay
attention to all the details of a project. I make sure that every task is just right but is also
completed in a timely manner. I'm also a creative thinker. I like to explore alternative
solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best.

2.) What is your greatest strength?


I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be
difficult situations. I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues.
On a related note, I also have strong communication skills, which help me work well
with customers, team members, and executives.

3.) What is your greatest weakness?


I sometimes am slower in completing my tasks compared to others because I really want
to get thing right. I will double or sometimes triple-check documents and files to make
sure everything is correct.
Also, sometimes I am being disorganized but I have created a time-management system,
which allows me to list all my duties and organize my deadlines so I have a clearer idea
of what I need to do.

A customer service representative should be patient in the face of customers who may
not always be kind, well-mannered or polite, empathetic by showing genuine care and
sympathy, solution oriented by providing possible alternatives or options to customers
who have grievances, and committed to building long standing relationships with
regular customers.

6.) Give me a reason why I should hire you


I would like to explore my knowledge on a platform and I feel this is the right place and
definitely I will bring you great results. It is a wish to enhance my career to the highest
level of professionalism.

7.) What motivates you to apply in this position?


Learning new things has always been a great motivator for me. I believe I’ve always
been able to learn something new, or discover a new way to look at a problem.

8.) What do you know about this company?


I know that your company is one of the fast-growing companies in the industry. And it
would be privileged to be a part of it.
9.) Do you consider yourself successful?
Yes, I consider myself as a successful person. I am proud of the little and big
achievements I got. Also, my family and all the good people I have in my life is
my pride, something I can brag of.

10.) What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?
I worked very hard to become the person I am today—a better version of myself.
I push myself to read, to study and explore every day to improve my knowledge.

11.) What do you like to do in your own time?


In my own time, I like to do something that can improve my well-being—
physically and emotionally. It can be playing sport, spending time with my family,
or reading.

Yes. I believe that I have a lot to contribute to a team environment, and am
comfortable in both leadership and player roles. I’m outgoing, friendly, and have
strong communication skills.

I would prefer to stay long term, if possible. As long as there is a chance to grow
professionally and I have the opportunity to make contributions.

15.) What is your philosophy towards work?


My philosophy towards work is that it’s necessary for survival; however, if you
can earn a living doing something you love, then it doesn’t feel so much like
work.

16.) If you had enough money to retire right now, could you?
No. Money is not the only criteria for retirement. It is the knowledge and
experience which matters. So even though I have enough money, I would like to
continue my job to learn new things.

17.) Explain how would you be an asset to this organization.


I am confident that I can offer a hundred percent of my skills to your company.
Given the additional training and knowledge, I am prepared to work in any given
condition and position you see me fit.

I think you should hire me because I believe I am a good match to the position in
terms of skills and knowledge needed for the job.

19.) What motivates you to do your best on the job?

I am highly self-motivated in all I do. When I set out to do something, like an


assigned task, I always give it all. Exceed expectations and pay close attention to
each and every detail.

I am driven towards work; I am respectful to my leaders and co-members; and I
am dependable in doing important things like duties and tasks.

If I were an animal, I want to be an eagle. I want to soar high and fly across the
skies. I want to know how the world would look in an eagle’s perspective. I bet it
will be overwhelming.

By then I would have liked to improve my skills and enhance my knowledge.

27.) How much salary are you expecting?


- As being a fresher, I don’t have high salary expectation. But I expect a considerable
salary according to my skills and your company standard which fulfil my economical
needs.

28.) What is your management style?


- My management style is participative (democratic) because I believe that behind
every project success there is a group of people, a team work. The other reason for
choosing this style is that it develops responsibility among team members and staff
achieving towards common goals.
