    Sir/Madam:

    This is to inform your good office that the project titled “Labor and
    Materials for the Repair and Replacement of Work-out/Dilapidated
    Roofing of Training/Mess Hall Facility” has been completed on August
    25, 2018, with a contract amount of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Six
    Hundred Pesos (Php 340,687.17) which was completed earlier than
    expected. Project was 100% completed last May 9, 2018.
