5 Leadership
5.1.1 General
The General Management according to the image and the objectives of the company
establishes the Quality Health and Safety Policy of the PT. Waagner-Biró Indonesia. Main
content of the Quality Health and Safety policy is the satisfaction of needs and expectations
of customers, the interest of the owner in successful performance of the company and the
improvement of all activities according to the interests of customers and owner, include
Health and Safety to fulfil regulatory requirement
5.2 Policy
PT. Waagner Biro Indonesia has established, documented and maintained the quality
policy which is approved by the President Director.
Our quality policy statement commit to comply with the requirement of continually improve
the effectiveness of the quality management system, and very relevant to both the
company’s operations and the needs and expectations of PT. Waagner Biro Indonesia’s
customers.

Waagner Biro Indonesia is a recognised brand for efficient, high quality and reliable Steel
Bridges and related solutions.
MISSION
To maintain Waagner-Biro Indonesia as a profitable market leader for Steel Bridges and

QUALITY POLICY
To maintain an integrated Quality and Safety Management System compliant with the latest
accepted Local and International Standards
To supply products that are landmarks for the community and friendly to the environment
The Quality Health and Safety Policy is communicated by the means of a circular letter of
the board, is part of training and individual dialogue with people. Quality Health and Safety
Policy as well as the needs of the customers, legal requirements as an input for the
establishment of the documented procedures, quality, characteristics, quality of products
and work performance. The compliance of the performance of activities with the Quality
Health and Safety objectives is measured with the Department Quality Health and Safety
Objective.
Quality Health and Safety Policy as well as the Quality Health and Safety Management
System are obligatory instructions of the management for the whole company.
The responsibilities, authorities and competencies of each personnel are regulated and
published in the company organization chart, P2K3 chart and in individual job descriptions.
